摘  要:分析目前医学生临床学习阶段医学人文素质培养的现状,显示存在培养标准弹性大、培养过程有偏差、教育主体不重视等问题。为了提升医德医风和专业素质,有效缓解医患关系的紧张局面,同时为医疗改革构建新型和谐医患关系提供保障,本研究在对医学人文教育所涉及的内涵和价值进行梳理的基础上,根据医学的伦理性和社会性特点,对照我国医学人文教育的标准和要求,阐明对临床学习阶段医学生进行医学人文素质培养的必要性和可行性,以提高临床学习阶段医学生人文素质为导向,兼采国内、国外众家医学人文教育之长,结合目前医学人文培养实践,针对临床学习阶段医学生人文素质培养体系进行了整体规划和详细阐述,更新教育观念、净化从医环境、健全评价体系,从而构建实用型临床学习阶段医学生人文素质培养模式。This study has analyzed the current status of humanistic accomplishments of medical students at the clinical learning stages.According to the analysis,the current educations on this issue have no unified standards,the training process is deviated from the purposes,and medical teachers have not paid enough attention to the humanity training.For the purposes of improving doctors’professional ethics and practice,effectively alleviating the tension between doctors and patients,and providing security for the medical reformation,this article is written on the basis of the essence and value of medical humanities education,ethics and social characteristics of medicine,and the standards and demands of China’s medical humanities educations.This study explains the necessity and feasibility of medical humanities education for medical students,then further analyzes the status of this field with the orientation to improve medical students’humanistic accomplishments.Combining the advantages of medical humanities education domestically and internationally.With consideration of the current medical humanities education practice,the article provides a full description and explanation of medical students’humanistic accomplishments training plans and suggests that Chinese medical education opinions should be updated;China’s medical environment should be purified;and China’s assessment systems for medical education should be evolved.After the above improvements,a practical humanities training pattern for medical students shall be successfully formed.
