基于协同办公平台的住院医师出科考核管理系统的分析

摘　　要：探讨运用网络化的管理系统对住院医师规范化培训中的出科考核进行管理和监督。以效率、科学为目标,结合培训的质控标准,开发基于医院协同办公系统住院医师考核网络化管理平台。带教老师对住院医师日常考核评估并安排出科操作技能考核,住院医师打印准考证并参加理论知识的上机考核,带教老师组织操作技能考核并在线提交成绩,管理部门通过后台将这些信息随时收集,完成统计汇总。瑞金医院从2011年1月起在HIS(Hospital Information System)终端进行评教、评学,并且设计封闭的考评环节,考评率100%。在住培的出科考核管理过程中,充分运用网络化的管理系统对整个培训过程起到重要的反馈评估与监督控制作用,并提高管理部门的工作效率。To manage and supervise examinations in standardized residency training programs through networked management system,a networked management platform for resident examinations,derived from hospital cooperative office(CO)platform,is developed with the proposes of achieving efficiency and scientificalness and conforming to the quality-controlled standards of training.This system allows teaching faculties to evaluate residents’daily work performance,make arrangements for their operation skill tests,and grade their performance online.The platform also makes it possible for residents to print their admission tickets for exams and take the theoretical exams online.All of these data could be collected timely and get analyzed statistically by the management team.By designing exclusive and closed evaluation sessions,Ruijin Hospital started all teaching and learning evaluations through HIS terminal since January 2011,with a evaluation rate of 100%.In the management of examinations for standardized residency training programs,utilizing networked management system could provide important evaluations and feedback,ensure the programs under supervision and control through the entire process,and improve the efficiency of the management team.
