摘  要:目的:了解山东省五所高职高专医学院校医学教师教育技术能力培训现状,为展开基于TPACK的培训提供相应依据。方法:通过对山东省五所高职高专医学院校医学教师教育技术能力培训现状的调查,从多角度分析比较目前职业院校医学教师在教学理论和教学能力培训方面存在的主要问题,发放问卷调查研究,最后在SPSS软件中进行相关分析,得出相应结论。结果:通过调查发现,教师在教育技术培训方面存在各种各样的问题。结论:根据存在的问题,后期选择适合教师的培训策略。Objective:To understand the current situation of educational technology ability training of medical teachers in fi ve medical colleges in Shandong Province,and to provide the basis for training based on TPACK.Methods:Based on the investigation of the status quo of the training of medical teachers in medical colleges and universities in fi ve colleges and universities in Shandong province,the main problems in the teaching theory and teaching ability training of medical teachers in vocational colleges were analyzed and compared from multiple perspectives Research;and fi nally correlation analyze in the SPSS software.In the end,draw the corresponding conclusions.Results:Various of problems of teachers in the education of technical training are found through the survey found.Conclusions:Based on the existing problems,the late selection of teachers suitable for training strategies.
