摘　　要：医学院校培养卓越医生必须重视培养医学生的国际化视野和参与国际交流、国际竞争的能力,医学院校英语课程体系应当突出医学学术英语的重要性,解决ESP教学面临的困境,打破传统观念的制约,从师资上保证ESP教学效果。Medical universities should attach importance to training students'international horizon and their ability to take part in international communication and competition.For this purpose,academic English should be given full consideration in English course system,dilemma of ESP teaching should be solved,the conventional views should be changed,and there should be ESP teachers training to guarantee the teaching effect.
