摘  要:目的通过在口腔修复学理论教学中运用CBL教学模式,比较并探讨适合口腔医学专业本科生的教学模式。方法从2011级、2012级口腔医学专业本科生中随机各抽取40名作为实验组,进行口腔修复学理论课CBL教学;另抽取40名作为对照组,进行传统教学,通过两组学生的调查问卷、随堂小测成绩评价CBL教学应用效果。结果学生问卷调查显示,实验组的教学效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);随堂小测显示,实验组学生对知识点的掌握优于对照组(P<0.05),病例分析题分数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CBL是一种有效的教学模式,有助于提高学生的综合学习、分析能力。Objective To apply the CBL teaching model in the teaching of Stomatology,and to explore the teaching mode suitable for the undergraduates of Stomatology.Methods In 2011 grade,2012 grade oral medical undergraduate students were randomly selected as the experimental group was 40,CBL theory course teaching of Prosthodontics;The other 40 were selected as control group,traditional teaching,through the questionnaire,the two groups of students of the quizzes and final exam evaluation of CBL teaching application effect were compared.Results the results showed that the students'questionnaire survey,the teaching effect was better than the control group(P<0.05);quizzes showed that the experimental group of students to grasp the knowledge points better than the control group(P<0.05);Examination results showed that the question scores higher than the control group students in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL is an effective teaching model and helps to improve the students'comprehensive learning and analysis ability
