摘　　要：本文从英国议会制辩论赛中选手们所暴露的常见问题出发,探讨了影响大学生英语口语表达能力和思辨能力提升的制约因素及其产生根源,便于为后续的对策研究奠定基础,为今后思辨型的英语教学和学生思辨能力培养提供参考。Starting from the common problems exposed by the players in British Parliamentary debate competitions,this paper discusses the restrictive factors influencing college students'oral English communicative competence and critical thinking ability and the root courses.The aim is to lay a foundation for the subsequent countermeasure research and provide a reference for English teaching based on critical thinking and the cultivation of students'critical thinking ability.
