摘　　要：校企一体化是高等职业教育校企合作的进一步发展的新阶段,为了总结校企一体化的检验和研究成果,分析不足,对近年来的重要文献进行了梳理,从校企一体化的内涵、动力机制、路径、模式进行了综述,分析了当前校企一体化进程中存在的问题,并提出了应对思路:充分发挥政府在校企一体化中的作用;匹配产业布局与院校布局;增加院校自身的吸引力;增强院校对企业的认识。The integration of school and enterprise is a new stage of the further development of vocational school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education.In order to summarize the test and research results of the integration of school and enterprise,and analyze the shortcomings,this paper reviews the important literature in recent years,the connotation,the motivation mechanism,the path and the mode of the integration between the university and the enterprise,analyzes the existing problems in the process of the integration between the university and the enterprise,and puts forward the countermeasures to give full play to the role of the government in the integration of the school and the enterprise;match the industrial layout and institutional layout;increase the attractiveness of colleges and universities themselves;enhance the understanding of colleges and universities of enterprises.
