摘　　要：基于《白酒勾兑与品评》课程及项目化教学的特点,并通过优化该门课程的项目化教学考核评价方案,真正实现了每位学生认真参与和体现课程考核公平公开的目的。学生课后都能清楚自己的学习情况,积极地提升自己的职业能力、行业基本能力及岗位专项能力。Based on the characteristics of liquor blending and evaluation course and project teaching,the purpose of each student to participate in and reflect the fairness and openness of curriculum evaluation was truly realized by optimizing the project teaching evaluation program of this course.Students can clearly understand their learning situation,and actively improve their professional ability,industry basic ability and post special ability.
