高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式研究——以船舶机械工程技术专业为例

摘　　要：现代学徒制对提高高职学生的综合素质及技术水平有着至关重要的作用。受传统教学模式的影响,高职院校在推行现代学徒制过程中仍存在一些问题。为了进一步提高人才培养质量,船舶机械工程技术专业在推行现代学徒制人才培养模式过程中,应采取优化课程设置、加强教学团队专业化和搭建技能平台等有效措施。Modern apprenticeship plays an important role in enhancing the overall quality and technical level of students in higher vocational colleges.Due to the influence of the traditional teaching mode,some problems still exist in the process of promoting modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges.In the process of promoting modern apprenticeship talents training mode,shipping mechanical engineering technology should take effective measures,such as optimizing the arrangement of curriculum,strengthening teaching team specialization and setting up a skill platform to further improve the quality of talents training.
