摘  要:为了降低倾角测量中微机电系统加速度传感器噪声水平,利用Kalman滤波算法对加速度传感器信号进行了分析.通过搭建实验平台获取信号和建立模型实现了倾角测量系统输入信号的滤波.对静态条件下的滤波效果和稳定性以及动态应用中的响应速度分别进行实验和仿真.结果表明:在微机电系统加速度计信号Kalman滤波和倾角测量中,滤波器参数随迭代迅速收敛,系统达到稳定,实现了俯仰倾斜角度的高精度测量,测量分辨率达到0.1°,滤波速度、稳定性和有效性远优于多采样点的滑动均值滤波.In order to reduce the noise level of MEMS accelerometer in inclination measurement,Kalman filter algorithm is applied to analyze acceleration sensor signal.The input signal of the tilt angle measurement system is filtered through building the experimental platform and obtaining the signal and establishing the model.Filtering effect and stability under static conditions and response speed in dynamic application are experimented and simulated.Results show:For Kalman filter of the MEMS accelerometer signal and inclination measurement,the filter parameters converge rapidly with the iteration,and the system reaches stability.The high precision measurement of pitch angle is realized,the measurement resolution reaches 0.1°.The filtering speed,stability and validity are far better than the sliding averaging filter with multiple sampling points.
