摘　　要：当前职业教育中重视专业技能的培养,忽略人文精神的渗透,导致职业院校中人文关怀的缺失。本文从心理关注、情感渗透和人尽其才三个方面,来探讨现代职业教育中的人文关怀这一问题。The current vocational education attaches great importance to the cultivation of professional skills and neglects the infiltration of humanistic spirit.This practice leads to the lack of humanistic care in vocational colleges.This paper discusses the problem of humanistic care in modern vocational education,including the three aspects of psychological attention,emotional penetration and giving full scope to the talents.
