高职院校文化育人体系构建与实施路径——以无锡职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高职院校文化育人必须坚持专业教育和素质教育并举。针对高职院校人才培养过程中普遍存在的"文化育人缺乏顶层设计,文化育人内容缺乏职教特色、区域特色和时代特色,教学方法和手段缺乏创新"等问题,无锡职业技术学院探索了一套以提高学生文化素质和职业素养为目标,符合高职教育教学规律的文化育人模式。在文化育人理念,长效机制体制建设,文化教育内容、方式和途径创新等方面建构了具有普适价值、凸显"校内校外结合、线上线下融合"特色的浸润式文化育人体系。Both professional knowledge and quality should be highlighted when educating students with culture in higher vocational colleges.There are also some problems in this process:lack of top-level design,lack of features of vocational education,regional characteristics and times,lack of innovation in the teaching methods etc.To these problems,Wuxi Institute of Technology has explored a new mode for educating people with culture.It aims for improving students’quality and professional capacity,which conforms to the teaching rules of higher vocational education.It is of great significance in the following aspects:the concept of educating people with culture,the construction of long-term mechanism,the innovation in the content,methods and ways of educating people with culture.It highlights the“combination between the inside and outside of college,the integration between online and offline teaching”.
