高职学生党员教育跨界创新与实践——以广东轻工职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：贯彻落实发展党员的新十六字方针,高职院校学生党员发展经受着严重考验。党员教育需要克服长期存在的模式单一、内容陈旧、外部驱动、成效欠佳等问题。需要引入互联网思维,积极外联内合,推进互联网+党员教育,整合学校、行业、企业和社会等各方资源,多方协同,激发学生内生力量,高效培育合格党员。To carry out the new sixteen character policy of developing Party members,the development of Party members in higher vocational colleges is undergoing a severe test.The education of Party members needs to overcome the problems of single mode,old content,external drive and poor results.and we are searching for the ways to solve these problems.Now,the"Internet plus"arises,making us have the novel education thoughts and stimulating the intrinsic motivation of the student Party members.Hence,the resources of colleges,industries,companies and the society have been combined to cultivate qualified party members,and good effects have been achieved.
