高职院校生源困境形成的原因及解决途径

摘　　要：高职教育出现的生源困境严重地影响了高职院校和谐健康发展。高职教育要破解生源困境必须多管齐下。文章提出要加强职业院校特色品牌建设,走内涵发展道路;加强就业指导,提高就业率;面向农村市场,关注社区教育等,在拓宽招生渠道的同时,抢抓机遇,拓展境外市场。The dilemma of student resource seriously affects the development of higher vocational education.It’s necessary to take multi-pronged measures to solve the problem.This paper suggests that we should strengthen the features of higher vocational colleges and take the road of connotative development.We should enhance the construction of job-hunting guidance to raise employment rates;facing rural market,paying attention to community education,expanding the ways of recruiting students and developing external market at the proper time.
