摘　　要：本文针对当前高校学生公寓管理存在的不足,研究心理契约在高校学生公寓管理中的应用。分析了心理契约在学生公寓管理中的作用:实现公寓管理与学生发展有机结合;实现学校与学生之间的良性互动;激发学生自我管理的潜能。探索了心理契约在学生公寓管理中的构建方法:了解彼此期望是前提;充分沟通交流是关键;积极维护提升是难点;打造和谐公寓是核心。This paper focuses on the deficiencies in the management of college student apartments and studies the application of psychological contract in the management of college student apartments.Firstly,the roles of psychological contract in the management of college student apartments are analyzed,including realizing the combination of apartment management and student development、the healthy interaction between college and students,and stimulating the potential of students for self-management.Moreover,the construction methods of psychological contract in the management of college student apartments are explored,which are that understanding the expectations for each other is a prerequisite,sufficient communication is key,maintaining the promotion actively has difficulty and building the harmonious apartments is core.
