摘  要:教师队伍建设是推动高职院校发展改革的重要内容,也是提升学校办学质量的保障。内蒙古建筑职业技术学院多年探索和实践《多方联动,分层推进构建"1459"教师培养与考评体系》,在教师培养和考评中把教师的思想品德建设放在首位,贯穿教师发展的适应期、成长期、突破期和成熟期四个阶段全过程中。The construction of teachers'team is an important content to promote the development and reform of higher vocational colleges,and it is also a guarantee to improve the quality of school education.Construction vocational and technical college of Inner Mongolia for many years exploration and practice the"Construction of"1459"Teacher training and Evaluation System Based on Multi-party Cooperation,Multi-layers Promotion",and within the teacher training and evaluation the ideological and moral construction of the teachers is put in the first place,through the four stages in the whole process including development of the teachers'adaptation,growth,breakthrough period and mature period.
