摘　　要：高职院校生活导师主要负责对学生进行思想引导、生活指导和心理疏导,使学生获得健康、全面、可持续发展。本文主要就生活导师的职责、如何做好生活导师工作展开讨论。Life instructors in higher vocational colleges are mainly responsible for ideological guidance,life guidance and psychological guidance for students,so as to enable students to achieve healthy,comprehensive and sustainable development.This article mainly discusses the responsibilities of life instructors and how to do a good job of life instructors.
