摘  要:随着信息技术和教学理念的更新,翻转课堂教学模式已成为国内外教育界的热门话题,它克服了传统教学模式中"以教师为中心"和"忽视学生的个性需求"等很多弊端,突显出在教学中的优势。以有机化学为例,在课前资料准备、课堂教学活动实施和课后拓展等方面进行了翻转课堂教学模式的探索,并对其实施效果进行了初步验证。实践证明,翻转课堂教学模式很好地调动了学生的主观能动性,激发了学生的学习活力。With the development and update of information technology and teaching philosophy,flipped classroom teaching model has become a hot topic in domestic and international education.It overcomes many disadvantages of traditional teaching mode,such as“teacher-centered”and“ignoring the individual needs of students”.It highlights the advantages in teaching.In the class of Organic Chemistry,the research on the exploration of flipped classroom teaching mode was carried out in the aspects of pre-class information preparation,implementation of classroom teaching activities and post-class expanded tasks.The effect of this teaching model was preliminarily verified.It proved that the flipped classroom teaching mode had a positive effect to improve students subjective initiative and their interest in learning.
