摘　　要：校企合作协同育人,是高职院校立足于区域经济社会发展需要,从行业企业需求出发,提高人才培养质量,有针对性为企业培养一线人才的重要途径。北京政法职业学院立足于首都经济社会发展定位,从安保行业企业需求出发,从校企协同育人联盟平台搭建、机制构建、体制运行等方面进行了探索与实践,初步实现了学校、企业和学生的共赢与发展。Based on the needs of regional economic and social development as well as the requirements of enterprises and industries,the collaborative education of colleges and enterprises,which aims at improving the education quality of talents,is an important and targeted paths for cultivating front-line talents for enterprises.Beijing College of Politics and Law,based on the capital's economic and social development,as well as the enterprises and industries'demand of domestic safety and security major,has explored and practiced from many aspects,like building up the alliance platform for colleges and enterprises,establishing mechanism and operation system,as so on.And this preliminarily realizes the multiple development of colleges,enterprises and students.
