摘 要:高等职业学校专业教学标准的研制和修订旨在深化教学改革,提高教学质量,让学生达到高素质技能型人才的标准,以便迅速适应工作岗位。基于工作过程的高职专业教学标准在教学内容和课程体系安排上充分体现专业教学内容与职业岗位对接,符合职业能力要求和个人发展要求的特性。文章以广州城市职业学院食品生物技术专业教学标准的研制为例,探讨了基于工作过程的高职专业教学标准研制的几个要点。he development and revision of specialized teaching standards in higher vocational schools aims at deepening teaching reform,improving teaching quality,and enabling students to meet the standards of high-quality skilled talents,so as to adapt to jobs quickly.The teaching standard of Higher Vocational Education Based on working process shows a clear link-up between teaching contents students will have and posts they will take in their future career,in terms of the standard’s teaching content and curriculum system arrangements.They accords with the characteristics of students’vocational ability and personal development requirements.Taking the development of teaching standard for Food Biotechnology majors in Guangzhou City Polytechnic as an example,this thesis discusses several key points of developing teaching standard based on working process.
