立德树人视域下高职院校学生工匠精神培育路径研究

摘　　要：结合陕西铁路工程职业技术学院的相关教育教学实践,提出了立德树人视域下高职院校学生工匠精神的培育途径,具体内容包括:要注重文化熏陶,夯实工匠精神底蕴;加强素质养成,提升工匠精神品质;强化能力培养,筑牢工匠精神根基;突出榜样引领,打造工匠精神引擎;推进产教融合,构筑工匠精神高地。主旨是将工匠精神培育工作贯穿于教育教学的全过程。希望能够为高职院校践行社会主义核心价值观提供有益参考。Taking Shaanxi Railway Institute as an example, it puts forward the craftsman spirit cultivation way of higher vocational colleges based on morality education. It should pay attention to culture, strengthen craftsman spirit inside connotation; intensify quality cultivation, improve craftsman spirit quality; strengthen cultivation ability, build craftsman spirit foundation; highlight leading role, make craftsman spirit engine; promote the industry-education integration and build craftsman spirit highland. Putting craftsman spirit cultivation work through the education teaching process to supply the beneficial reference to practice socialist core values of higher vocational colleges.
