摘　　要：文章探讨了现代学徒制的内涵、基本特征、核心要素等。基于赣州市高职汽车类专业人才培养现状以及存在的问题,以江西应用技术职业学院现代学徒制试点专业为例,对高职汽车类专业实施现代学徒制的具体做法进行了阐述,以期对同类高职院校提供有意义的试点经验,促进现代学徒制的实践应用。This paper discusses the connotation,basic features and core elements of modern apprenticeship.Based on the current situation and existing problems of talent training mode in higher vocational automobile specialty in Ganzhou City,taking the experimental specialty of modern apprenticeship of Jiangxi College of Applied Technology as an example,this paper expounds the practice of implementing of modern apprenticeship in automobile specialty in higher vocational colleges.It is hoped that it can provide meaningful pilot experience for similar vocational colleges to promote the practical application of modern apprenticeship.
