摘  要:科学思维是解决现实问题的有力工具。批判性思维被认为是一种最佳的思维方式,其核心是通过自主调控和反身评价,引导思维过程,获得最佳效果。这种能力的养成对医学专业胜任力是十分必要的,已被作为第七领域列入"全球医学教育最低基本要求"。运用系统分析的方法对批判性思维的概念、原理和特点,及其与医学和医学教育的关系做出新视角的研究;在此基础上,以精准医学为例探讨了批判性思维的医学应用和能力培养的方向性问题。Scientific thinking is a powerful tool to solve practical problems.Critical thinking is considered as the best way of thinking.The core of critical thinking is applying independent regulation and reflexive evaluation to achieve the best results.Undoubtedly cultivation of critical thinking ability is necessary for medical professional competency,which has been included as the seventh field of Global Minimum Essential Requirements in Medical Education(GMER).In a new perspective,the concept,character,principles and the interrelations with medicine and medical education of critical thinking were theoretically explored by means of systematic analysis.Some directional issues related to application and skills cultivation of critical thinking in medicine were concretely discussed,taking the precision medicine as an example.
