摘  要:基于教学竞赛反思发现,青年教师在课堂教学中存在注重教书而忽视育人、注重教学形式而忽视教学内容、注重主导作用而忽视主体作用、注重多媒体教学而忽视传统教学的现象。因此,为进一步提高课堂教学质量,必须处理好教学中的四种关系,要坚持"四个统一"。此建议具有较强的针对性和实用性。Based on Basic Skill Teaching Skill Competition for Young Teachers,young teachers sometimes would pay more attention on knowledge impartation and pay less on talent nurture,pay more on teaching approaches and pay less on teaching content,pay more on their leading role and pay less on students’subjective role,pay more on multi-media teaching and pay less on traditional teaching.Accordingly,we need to improve the quality of teaching,well coordinate the four relations in teaching and insist on the“Four Unifications”.
