摘　　要：从剖析现代学徒制的"现代性"内涵入手,分析了现代学徒制下职业院校、企业、学生、教师、政府等利益主体的诉求,并从法律保障、实施保障、管理保障和考评保障等方面思考了各利益主体权益保障的路径。Based on the analysis of the connotation of“modernity”of modern apprenticeship,this article analyzes the appeals of enterprises,students,teachers,government and other stakeholders under the modern apprenticeship system,and provides the approaches of protecting the rights and interest of various stakeholders from the perspectives of legal guarantees,implementation guarantees,management guarantees,and evaluation guarantees.
