地方性高职院校发展的战略选择

摘　　要：以问题为导向,提出了地方性高职院校发展的六大战略选择:服务地方战略,即根据地方需求提升办学质量,提供特色服务;合作办学战略,即加强校地、校行(行业)、校企、校校、国际合作;人才强校战略,即培养管理人才和专业人才;招生与国际化战略,即培养培训兼顾,多种渠道吸纳生源,以质量吸引学生,师资、教学资源国际化,服务"一带一路"倡议下"走出去"的中资企业,实现对"一带一路"国家与地区的职业教育输出;特色与品牌战略,即打造专业特色,发展人才培养模式特色、培育校园文化特色;改革创新战略,即进行内部治理体系与办学体制机制改革。This article is problem-oriented and puts forward six strategy choice local higher vocational institutions face,that is,serving local strategies:improving the quality of education and providing distinctive services according to local needs;and the strategy of cooperative education:strengthening the school-local cooperation,the school-industry cooperation,the school-enterprise cooperation,and international cooperation;developing the school by fostering talents:training management talents and professional talents;enrollment and internationalization strategy:taking both“fostering”and“training”into consideration,attracting students from multiple sources,attracting students with quality,internationalization of teachers and teaching resources,serving Chinese-funded enterprises“going out”under the strategy,and exporting vocational education to countries along“One Belt and One Road”;characteristics and brand strategy:building professional characteristics,developing talent cultivation model with characteristics,and cultivating campuses culture with characteristics;reform and innovation strategy:internal governance system reform,and reforming mechanism of running the school.
