摘  要:科教兴国战略要求提高全民族的科技文化素养,势必要求城乡小学科技教育一体化发展。此外,城乡小学科技教育一体化发展也是教育公平的内在要求、义务教育均衡发展的必然要求、提升学生科学素养的必由之路。要推动城乡小学科技教育一体化发展,政府应加强体制改革、加大教育经费投入、促进优质师资合理配置;城乡小学也需内生发展,发挥自身优势。The strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education requires improving the scientific and cultural quality of the entire nation,and it will inevitably require the integrated development of science and technology education in urban and rural primary schools.In addition,the integration of urban and rural primary school science and technology education development is also an inherent requirement of education fairness,an inevitable requirement for balanced development of compulsory education,and the only way to improve students’scientific literacy.To promote the integration of science and technology education in urban and rural primary schools,the government should strengthen institutional reforms,increase investment in education funds,and promote the rational allocation of quality teachers;urban and rural primary schools also need endogenous development and give full play to their own advantages.
