摘 要:目的分析PBL教学方法应用于肿瘤放射治疗临床教学中作用。方法该次选取的观察对象为在该院2015年9月—2016年7月期间进行实习的72名实习生,根据随机抽签的方法将实习生分为PBL教学组与传统教学组,给予PBL教学组实习生采取PBL教学方法 ,给予传统教学组实习生采取传统教学方法 ,并对两组实习生的理论与操作考试成绩和教学满意度进行详细的观察。结果经过相应的教学结束后,PBL教学组的理论与操作考试成绩明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PBL教学组的教学满意度明显优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取PBL教学方法应用于肿瘤放射治疗临床教学中能有效提升教学质量,增强团队合作能力与医患沟通能力,值得在肿瘤放射治疗临床中对其推广与应用。Objective To analyze the effect of PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of tumor radiology treatment.Methods 72 cases of interns in our hospital from September 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into two groups,the PBL teaching group used the PBL teaching,while the traditional teaching group used the traditional teaching method,and the theoretical and operation examination scores and teaching satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.Results After the teaching,the theoretical and operation examination scores in the PBL teaching group were obviously higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the teaching satisfactory degree in the PBL teaching group was obviously better than that in the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in the radiology treatment of tumors can effectively improve the teaching quality,enhance the cooperation ability and medical community ability,which is worth promotion and application.
