摘 要:差分信号又称差模信号,区别于传统的一根信号线一根地线的做法。主要研究如何在印制板上实现差分信号的传输,并且可以在125℃的高温环境下使用,这对集成电路高温加电有重大意义。通过对外置驱动板(包括通用驱动板和特制驱动板)和内置驱动板的对比,从信号可靠性、耐高温程度、材料成本、加电方式、稳定性、存放空间等多方面进行探讨,并对电路板的设置和差分信号驱动系统进行了优化处理,最终得到了可靠性高的差分信号传输系统。Differential signal,also called differential mode signal,is different from the traditional method of one signal line and one ground wire.This article mainly studies how to realize differential signal transmission on printed circuit board,and can be used in high temperature environment of 125℃,which is of great significance to the high temperature power supply of integrated circuit.Based on the external drive board(including the general driver board and special driver board)and built-in driver board contrast signal from the reliability and degree of resistance to high temperature,material cost,power,stability,storage space and other aspects of discussion and exploration,and the circuit board is arranged and the differential signal driving system was optimized processing,finally got the highest reliability of differential signal transmission system.
