实习支教生教学效能感表征状况的调查研究

摘　　要：以S大学师范学院实习支教的学生为调查对象,就其教学效能感的现状进行调查研究。研究发现:实习支教生的教学效能感总体水平中等偏上,个人教学效能感处于较高水平,一般教学效能感处于中等水平。其中性别、家庭来源、在大学是否担任职务这些因素对实习支教生教学效能感有显著影响。建议从支教制度、课程、社团活动、支教生自身等方面来提高实习支教生的教学效能感。This article investigates the teaching efficacy of teaching practice students in S University of normal college.And the study found that the level of teaching efficacy in teaching practice students is up-middle,while there is a greater level in the personal teaching efficacy and only medium level in general teaching efficacy.Meanwhile,gender,resident,class cadre or not,as chief factors,have a appreciable effect on teaching efficacy.So we prepare to enhance the teaching efficacy of teaching students from education support system,course,community activity and teaching practice students themselves.
