关于现代教育对师范类高等院校教师素质要求的探讨

摘　　要：人才的培养依靠教育,教育的发展需要高素质的教师,师范类高等院校担负着为国家培养高素质师资的使命,应建设高素质的师资队伍,才能促进教育事业的发展。基于此,从良好的政治思想品质、爱岗敬业的奉献精神、教书育人的专业素养、为人师表的高尚品德等方面阐述师德素质;从精深的专业知识、广博的学科知识、扎实的教育学和心理学知识等角度探讨文化素质;从驾驭课堂技能、较强的科研能力、较高的创新意识和实践能力等方面分析能力素质,从而探索现代教育对师范类高等院校教师素质的要求。The cultivation of talents depends on education,whose development needs high-quality teachers.Normal colleges and universities take on the mission of cultivating high-quality teachers for the state.Only by building highly qualified teaching staff can we promote the development of the education cause.In this paper,the fine ideological and political quality,the professional dedication spirit,the professional quality of teaching and education,and the high moral character of the teacher are expounded.The cultural quality is discussed from the depth of professional knowledge,broad knowledge of the subject,solid pedagogy and psychology knowledge and other aspects;ability quality is analyzed from the classroom controlling skills,strong scientific research ability,innovation consciousness and practice ability,etc,so as to explore the requirements of modern education on normal college and university teachers quality.
