摘　　要：现代学徒制教学模式的推行给高职院校的思想政治理论课带来了教学改革与创新的机遇,但也使思政课教学实效性的提高面临新的挑战。要应对现代学徒制带来的机遇与挑战,应从深化教学改革入手,通过更新教学观念、转变教师角色,坚持正确导向、加强监控指导,整合教学内容、创新教学模式,改进教学方法、强化知行合一,顺畅合作机制,强化德育熏陶等措施,不断提高思想政治理论课教学的实效性。The implementation of the modern apprenticeship teaching mode has brought opportunities for teaching reform and innovation to ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges,but it has also brought new challenges to the improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses.To deal with both opportunities and challenges brought by the modern apprenticeship,we should take measures such as deepening the teaching reform,by updating the teaching idea and changing teacher s role,adhering to the correct guidance and strengthening the monitoring and guidance,integrating the teaching content and innovating the teaching mode,improving teaching methods and strengthening the unity of knowledge and practice,smoothing the cooperation mechanism,strengthening the moral education influence to continuously improve the actual effect of ideological and political theory class teaching.
