摘  要:建立了白酒中10种农药残留的液液萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用的检测方法,样品采用正己烷萃取,无需净化。该方法在0.01~10.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,R^2≥0.998;在0.01~1.0 mg/L添加水平范围内,平均加标回收率在85.65%~111.28%之间,相对标准偏差RSD<10%;LOD在0.001~0.15 mg/L之间,LOQ在0.004~0.047 mg/L之间,该方法可用于白酒中农药残留的检测。A method for rapid determination of 10 kinds of pesticide residues in Baijiu by GC-MS coupled with liquid-liquid extraction had been developed.Baijiu samples were extracted by N-hexane with no purification.This method had a good correlation within the range of 0.01 mg/L to 10.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was equal or greater than 0.998.In 0.01~1.0 mg/L addition level range,the average recovery was 85.65%to 111.28%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 10%,and LOD was between 0.001~0.15mg/L and LOQ was between 0.004~0.047 mg/kg.This method could be used for the detection of pesticide residues in Baijiu.
