摘 要:新加坡2015年起陆续出版的小学华文教材遵循正词法拼写汉语拼音,是有充分的理据的。一是如今的新加坡华语学习者已主要是第二语言学习者,需要借助分词连写划分词界、培养词感;二是分词连写符合人脑处理语言信息的规律,无论学习者有无华语语感,汉语拼音分词连写都是有必要的;三是专名词语词首字母大写能够帮助学习者判断词义。但由于新加坡民众对正词法尚不熟悉,对新版教材依据正词法拼写汉语拼音的做法提出了一些质疑。我们应进一步加大正词法的国际宣传,并推动我国小学语文教材依据正词法拼写汉语拼音以为国际社会做好表率。同时,新加坡教育部也应进一步向本国民众全面阐释依据正词法拼写汉语拼音的必要性和合理性。It is well justified that the new version of the primary Chinese textbook published in 2015 in Singapore,is based on Chinese Pinyin Orthography spelling of the Chinese Pinyin.Firstly,the Singapore learners who study Chinese are mainly second language learners,and they need to divide the word circles and cultivate word sense by word-segmentation.Secondly,the word-segmentation is consistent with the rules of processing language information in the human brain.Whether the learner has Chinese language sense or not,it is necessary to write word-segmentation in Chinese Pinyin.Thirdly,the proper nouns spelled with a capital letter can help learners judge its meaning.However,due to the Singapore people are not familiar with the Chinese Pinyin orthography,the new version of Chinese textbook based on the orthography spelling of Chinese Pinyin raised some doubts.In this regard,we should further increase the publicity of the orthography and promote the Chinese language teaching materials in primary schools to spell Chinese Pinyin according to the orthography as an example for the international community;Meanwhile,the Ministry of Education of Singapore should further explain the rationality of spelling Chinese Pinyin according to the orthography.
