摘　　要：意象是文艺美学概念,意象是指诗歌中熔铸了作者主观感情的客观物象。中国古典诗歌中有很多典型意象,意象是诗人感情寄托之物。中国古典诗歌的基本单位是意象,是依靠意象来表达作者的思想感情,并感染和沟通读者。本文旨在分析古诗英译中的意象传递,体现其过程的实现及意义。Imagery is a concept in the literary aesthetics,which fuses the writer’s emotions and beings.Chinese classical poems boast many typical imagery bearing poets’emotions to express their inner world,dialogue with and infect readers.The thesis aims to analyze the imagery transmission to manifest its significance and implementation.
