高职院校内部质量保证体系构建研究——基于创新发展视域下

摘　　要：高职教育创新发展对高职院校质量保证体系构建提出了新要求并注入了新活力,与之相应,高职院校质量保证体系建设与完善又为高职教育创新发展提供必要保障。立足武汉职业技术学院,以高职院校内部质量保证体系建设内涵为依据,以校本人才培养工作状态数据管理系统为支撑,从高职院校组织结构、资源、过程、程序、质量主体等要素出发,构建决策指挥、质量生成、支持服务、监督控制、评价改进等五大纵向系统,覆盖学校、专业、课程、教师、学生等五个横向质量主体对象,形成自我管理、自我监控、良性循环的"五纵五横一平台"的高职教育内部质量保证体系。Higher vocational education innovation and development puts forward new requirements and injects new vitality for the quality assurance system,and the construction and perfection of quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges provides necessary guarantee for higher vocational education innovation and development.Based on Wuhan Polytechnic,according to the connotation of internal quality assurance system construction in higher vocational colleges,supported by the school-based training data management system,from such aspects as organization structure,resources,process,procedure,and quality,it builds the five longitudinal system including decision command,quality,support services,supervision,control and evaluation,covers the five horizontal quality principal object of school,specialty,curriculum,teachers,and students,and forms the internal quality assurance system of higher vocational education with self-management,self-monitoring,and virtuous cycle.
