摘 要:双语教育是民族教育发展的核心内容,关系着民族教育现代化的实现,双语双文化教师是双语教育发展的关键。教师专业发展由职前培养、资格任用和在职培训三个阶段组成,职前培养是教师专业发展的起始阶段,对其今后的专业成长有着至关重要的影响。通过阐述双语双文化教师的内涵,论述双语双文化教师应具备的专业素质,分析双语双文化教师职前培养中存在的问题,并针对少数民族高校对双语双文化教师的职前培养提出建议。Bilingual education is the core of the development of national education,related to the realization of the modernization of national education,bilingual-biculture teachers are the keys to the development of bilingual education.Teacher professional development consists of three stages:pre-occupational cultivation,qualification appointment and in-service training.Pre-occupational cultivation is the initial stage of teacher professional development and it has a vital influence on its future professional development.This paper expounds the connotation of bilingual-bicultural teachers,discusses the professional qualities that bilingual-bicultural teachers should have,analyzes the problems existing in the pre-occupational cultivation of bilingual-bicultural teachers,and puts forward some suggestions on the pre-occupational cultivation of bilingual-bicultural teachers.
