摘  要:在雷达信号处理领域,目标跟踪问题一直是研究的重点,其中,非线性滤波问题是难点所在。本文主要研究了三种典型非线性滤波算法,详细介绍了算法基本原理及实现步骤,并基于典型的一维非线性非高斯模型对算法滤波性能进行了仿真分析。实验结果表明,在非线性非高斯条件下,粒子滤波算法的滤波性能最优,不敏卡尔曼滤波算法次之,卡尔曼滤波算法最差。Target tracking issue is always key point to study in radar signal processing,where the difficulty is nonlinear filtering.Three kinds of nonlinear filtering algorithm are mainly studied;and its basic principle and implementation steps are presented in detail;filtering performance of algorithm is simulated and analyzed on basis of typical 1-dimensional nonlinear and non-Gaussian model.The experimental result shows that the performance of particle filtering algorithm is superior to unscented Kalman filtering algorithm and that of Kalman filtering algorithm is the worst in condition of nonlinear and non-Gaussian background.
