摘 要:在对春季高考招生政策解析的基础上,通过相关理论文献的梳理分析,在知识、能力、素质三方面,通过课程教学、实践教学、课外活动方式等初步形成上海商学院春招班课程教学学生能力达成评价体系。在春季招生工作结束后开展春季新生专业预备学习计划,以此提高春招生专业认同感,确保春招生入学后在课程学习过程中拥有较好的学习动力。在春招生和秋招生入学后,通过横向及纵向比较春招生和秋招生的学分绩点成绩,发现春招生入学时专业认同感较强、学习动力也较强,有效带动入学后的课程学习,在课程学习成绩整体上高于秋招生,但需要重视数学能力培养。建议完善春招学生课程教学的学生能力达成评价体系,加强春招生在高等数学等相关专业课程学习。Based on the analysis of the spring-enrollment policy,this paper built up the e-valuation system of class learning capacity of spring-class students in Shanghai Business School through curriculum teaching,practice teaching and extracurricular activities,related with knowl-edge,ability and quality after literature research.After spring-enrollment,a study-prepared pro-gram was developed for these freshmen,aiming to improve their major recognition,and en-hance their learning motivation.Compared with GPA of autumn-enrolled freshmen,it was proved that spring-class students owned the stronger sense of major recognition and the higher level of learning motivation.It suggested that professional classes such as higher mathematics should be paid more attention by spring-class students.
