摘  要:专业医学汉语的学习对象是来华攻读医学专业的外国留学生。他们的汉语水平还不能完全适应中文授课的专业课学习,因此,医学院校为他们开设了专业必修课医学汉语课程,帮助他们扫除专业学习上的语言障碍。基于学习者的特殊性和课程设置的目的,专业医学汉语教材的编写更注重针对性原则。本文结合教材《专业基础医学汉语·解剖与组胚篇》的编写经验,认为专业医学汉语教材要针对学习者的学习目的和目标、学习时限、学习起点,在课文的编写、词汇和注释的选择、图例的使用、练习的设计等方面凸显其针对性。The specialized medical Chinese course is designed for international students who came to China to pursue a medical degree.Since their Chinese level is not fully capable of adapting to the medical core courses taught in Chinese,medical schools offer specialized medical Chinese as required courses to help them overcome their language barrier.Based on the uniqueness of the students and the purpose of the course setting,the specialized medical Chinese teaching materials are designed with a focus of the principle of pertinence.With the experience of writing the textbook Specialized Elementary Medical Chinese-Anatomy,Histology and Embryology,this study presents that the pertinence principle needs to be emphasized in the composition,vocabulary,choice of annotation and illustration,and the design of exercises of specialized medical Chinese teaching materials to target the students’learning purpose,goal,time limit and starting point.
