大变革时代下企业业财融合的实现路径

摘　　要：业财融合,是大变革时代下,企业财务人员转型的方向,但关于业财融合实现路径的研究却很少。从政策的鼓励,发展的需求以及技术的助推三个方面,说明企业业财融合势在必行。同时结合相关调查问卷,列举在实施业财融合过程中的主要困难,并从管理意识、专业技能、沟通能力、组织架构四个层面提出转型思路。The integration of industry and finance is the direction of the transformation of enterprises and financial personnel in the era of great changes.However,there are few studies on the path to the realization of industry finance integration.From the aspects of policy encouragement,development needs,and boosting of technology,it is imperative that corporate finance and capital integration be imperative.At the same time,in conjunction with the relevant questionnaires,the paper listed the major difficulties in the implementation of the process of industrial finance integration,and proposed transformation ideas from the four aspects of management awareness,professional skills,communication skills,and organizational structure.
