摘　　要：针对校企合作对学生的培养需求,结合半导体器件应用性和实用性强的特点,我校开展校企共建"半导体器件"课程活动。通过共建教学团队、共同制定课程标准、共同完善教学文件、共建教学资源、共同编写教材和共同进行考核评价等方面的建设,教学效果得到改善,教学质量得到提高,培养出了能够适应市场需求的高素质人才。According to the demand of school-enterprise cooperation and the characteristics of application and practicability of semiconductor devices,our school and the enterprise work together for the course of semiconductor devices.Jointly,by building a teaching team,making a curriculum standards,improving the teaching files,developing the teaching resources,compiling the textbooks and examining the students,the teaching effect has been improved and the quality of teaching has been increased.High-quality personnel to meet the market demand have been trained.
