摘　　要：本文旨在论述台湾基础教育核心素养课程改革,阐明台湾基础教育核心素养课程改革七特色,包括以核心素养导向的课程改革、以学生为主体的课程发展、以终身学习者为核心的课程设计导引课程连贯与统整、以领域/科目与核心素养为基础的课程统整、以核心素养进行跨领域/科目的课程统整、以核心素养为焦点的教学与学习、以核心素养为依据的学习评量。The author explored the concept of the basic education curriculum reform and core competencies in Taiwan,and inquired the relationship of the basic education curriculum guide and core competencies.And thus the author pointed out the function of competencies as the core of curriculum development,and argued the importance of core competencies in the basic education curriculum reform.Then,the author highlighted characteristics of the basic education curriculum reform and explored the transformation of the core competencies in the basic education curriculum guideline in Taiwan.
