高职院校成人教育档案管理初探

摘　　要：社会性强:成人教育是指不同于普通全日制教学形式的教育形式。成人教育没有年龄和性别限制。通过这个成人教育过程,使社会中的成年人增长能力、丰富知识、提高技术水平和专业能力,或使他们学习新的专业知识,从而获得重新选择职业的机会。成人教育是社会性较强的教育,学生多为社会在职人员,学生涉及数量和范围较多,不像普通高等教育学生那样集中和好管理。The archives management of adult education is a part of the students'archives management in higher vocational colleges.Unlike the archives management of full-time students,the archives management of adult education,which has many unsettled problems,is far more unstandardized.In this paper,based on the practice in management of Hebei Construction Material Vocational and Technical College,I propose a solution by analyzing the characteristics and problems of the adult education archives management.In order to improve the level of adult education archives management and provide a better serve for adult students and enterprises.
