摘 要:为了提高中学英语教师国培课程与教师对课程需求之间的吻合度,本研究对2015—2017年在保定学院参加培训的中学英语教师进行了调查,统计分析了参训学员的授课专家满意度、授课专家层次需求度、培训课型及培训内容需求度。依据统计数据,对培训课程提出了从宏观到微观、从理论到实践的设置理念,并从授课专家、培训课型及培训内容三个方面,对国培课程设置提出了具体建议。In order to improve the consistency between the national training curriculum for English teachers in middle schools and their real need for the curriculum,an empirical study was carried out to find out the statistical analysis which is made on the satisfaction of teaching experts,the need level of teaching experts,the training courses and the requirements of training content among a survey of English teachers in middle schools who participated in training in Baoding college from 2015 to 2017.Furthermore,according to the statistical data,this paper not only proposes curriculum design from macroscopic to microcosmic,and from theory to practice,but puts forward concrete suggestions on curriculum from three aspects:teaching experts,training courses and training contents.
