摘　　要：现代学徒制背景下培育职业院校学生工匠精神,是高职院校培养符合企业需求高素质技术技能型人才的重要方法和途径。在校企深度合作的基础上,现代学徒制为工匠精神的培育提供基础载体,政府的引导、社会的宣传、学校的教育、企业的考核、学生的践行共同构建"五位一体"全方位多层次参与和支持的"工匠精神"培育体系。The cultivation of higher vocational students’craftsmanship in the context of modern apprenticeship system is an important way and path to training high-quality skilled talents needed for enterprises.Based on deep cooperation between institutes and enterprises,the modern apprenticeship system provides the basic carrier for the cultivation of craftsmanship.With the governmental guidance,the propaganda of the society,the education of institutes,the examination of enterprises and the practice of the students,the"five-in-one"system for craftsmanship cultivation has been constructed characteristic of all-around multi-level involvement and support.
