摘　　要：建构中小学英语教师跨文化交际能力标准的作用在于提供依据、规范培训、参照成长。本文根据跨文化交际能力研究的理论,建构了三大要素—九个分项—若干内容的跨文化交际能力标准体系,并进行了详细解释。The construction of cross cultural communicative competence standards of primary and secondary school English teachers role is to provide the basis for standardized training,according to growth.According to the research on the intercultural communicative competence theory,constructs the intercultural communicative competence standard systemof three elements,nine sub-number of content,and gives a detailed explanation.
