摘  要:随着职业教育校企合作模式的深入开展,校企合作中的企业变得越来越重要,职业院校如何选择更为合适的企业进行合作成为高职人才培养的关键问题。本文借助于层次分析法AHP,从企业规模、品牌建设、企业规划、人事情况和人才需求五个方面对企业进行全面的量化分析,构建校企合作企业选择的评价指标体系,为校企合作模式的深度探究提供一定的理论支持。With the development of school enterprise cooperation model in occupation development,cooperation in enterprises becomes more and more important,how to choose the occupation colleges is more suitable for the enterprise cooperation has become the key problem of higher vocational education.Based on the analytic hierarchy process AHP,from the enterprise scale,brand building,business planning,conduct a comprehensive analysis of the quantitative on the five aspects of personnel and personnel needs,choice of constructing cooperative enterprise evaluation index systemresearch to provide some theoretical support for the school enterprise cooperation mode depth.
