摘  要:在辅导员基础上增设班主任与专业导师,是高等院校本科生培养模式创新的探索之举。本研究在探析三者间冲突的基础上,依托高校实践案例提出了"班主任—专业导师—辅导员"培养模式的优化建议。具体包括:合理定位班主任角色,加强班主任与专业导师队伍建设,完善沟通协调机制以及建立考核奖惩机制。建议对完善我国高等院校本科生培养模式具有一定的促进作用。On the basis of counselors,the addition of head teachers and professional tutors is an innovative exploration of training mode for undergraduates in universities.Based on the analysis of the conflict among counselors,head teachers and professional tutors,and according to the practical cases of Shaanxi Normal University,this research puts forward the optimization suggestions of training mode.These suggestions includes:reasonably positioning the role of head teacher,strengthening the construction of the head teacher and professional tutor team,improving the communication and coordination mechanism,and establishing the assessment mechanism.The suggestions can improve the training mode for the undergraduates of Colleges and universities in China.
