人因工程实践教学改革的探索

摘　　要："人因工程"是一门应用性学科,实践教学对人因课程教学效果起着至关重要的作用,但该环节目前还十分薄弱。本文在分析了人因工程实践教学的现状及问题的基础上,提出了可在构建多层次的实践教学体系、优化实践教学内容以及融合多种实践教学手段和方法等方面进行探索和尝试。Since Ergonomics is an applied subject,the practice teaching plays a very important role in the teaching effect of the course,but the link is still very weak.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of the practice teaching,this paper puts forward the suggestion of exploration,including the optimization of practical teaching content,the construction of a practical teaching system in multi-level and the integration of a variety of practical teaching means.
